In this section, to complement the Prices , Services and Rooms pages, we have collected over the years the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

We kindly ask the Hotel Ragno d’Oro customers to see it and, if necessary, contact us for any information or clarification.

Is the hotel open 24 hours a day?

No, the hotel has a closing time; if you wish to back in after the opening time, remember to bring the room key and the second entry key into the structure.

Do you have half and full board treatment?

No, from this year we do not carry out half board and full board, but only bed and breakfast treatment. However, we have agreements with neighboring restaurants. In the Hotel it’s possible to buy packages and/or discount coupons for lunch and dinner, in some restaurants nearby.

Which are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14.00 pm to 21.00 pm; check-out from 08.00 am to 10.00 am. If you plan to arrive before the time of entry and you desire to join the room immediately, we suggest you book the stay for the previous night. Likewise, if you want to enjoy a late departure, booking an additional night will grant you access to the room until you leave.

We will be happy to store your luggage for free, both at departure and on arrival, in the case of non-availability of the room.

If you didn’t book them as described above, early check-in and late check-out will be granted, based on the last hour availability, with a supplement of 50% of the cost of accommodation only.

Is the beach service included?

For all our Guests the service can be purchased at reception at an advantageous price.

The service ends at the same time of the check-out.

Which are the reception hours?

Reception is open every day, from 08.00 at most within 24.00 (from 1/6 to 15/9) – at most within 22.00 (in other periods).

Do you rent any bikes?

We don’t provide bikes directly, but we have an advantageous agreement with a bike-rent shop a few steps far from the hotel.

I have a 4-legged friend: can I bring it?

Yes of course, we are pet friendly. They are always welcome. There’s a little charge for medium-small size, large pets are not allowed.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes of course, it’s free in the whole structure: you can ask for the password at the reception.

Where can I park my car?

Upon arrival, you can temporarily stop in front of the hotel, deposit your luggage and collect a pass / badge that will allow you to access the parking lot, about 300 meters from our hotel. This service is reserved for guests who book directly from the hotel website and it ends at check-out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments, by check, with the main credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express) and with any credit or debit card.

What time do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast buffet is served in the wide room from 7.30 am to 10.00 am.
