Cancellation conditions

The deposit paid in the event of cancellation is not returned, but the same can be recovered WITHIN THE END OF THE SEASON for a holiday of equal or longer duration.
Once the booking has been canceled, it can not be re-confirmed, unless the hotel has renewed availability.



The credit card details are used only to guarantee the payment, which can also be made by cash or other means (no amount is taken but only pre-authorized an amount to check its validity):

Card holder – card type – card number – card expiration date

These conditions define the different cancellation methods

    • In case of cancellation or changes made up to 3-7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
    • In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
    • In case of no-show without notice (no show) the full amount of the stay will be charged.
    • Postponed arrivals or early departures will be charged for the entire booked period.

If you chose to confirm with a credit card to guarantee the reservation: about 20 days before arrival at the hotel, the cost of the first night from the credit card that provided will be pre-authorized (means frozen / blocked and not withdrawn), the sum will be cashed only in case of default. 3 Star Hotel in Sottomarina di Chioggia
